The printer was quick and easy to set up and the software was intuitive to use on networked desktop and laptop windows machines. Apple Macs detected printer and installed the software without the need for the disk and also configured the printer without further intervention to work wirelessly with iPads. Very quiet and seems economical too. Printerbase invariably friendly, efficient and helpful.
We found that this small but workhorse printer meets the needs of our office and has speeded up out mail out processing. The eco functions are also impressive saving toner and power.
My feeling is that Samsung's software is not totally reliable for the wireless connection. However, perhaps it is just the initial setup as it seems to be working ok now. Time will tell....
