	Platinum 4 benefits
	On-site engineer support within four working hours (average response time); Equipment exchange facility for a like-for-like model available at the sole discretion of the on-site engineer; Expert helpdesk available weekdays on (excluding public holidays); Online self-help available around the clock.

	Platinum 6 benefits
	On-site engineer support within six working hours (average response time); Expert helpdesk available weekdays (excluding public holidays); Online self-help available around the clock.

	Platinum 8 benefits
	On-site engineer support within eight working hours (average response time); Expert helpdesk available weekdays (excluding public holidays); Online self-help available around the clock.
