Brother MFC-J6510DW Video Review

Nick’s Thoughts:

I get on very well with Brother’s range of A3 inkjets and the new MFC-J6510DW was no exception. It printed out both A4 and A3 sheets of paper very quickly for an inkjet using the standard print quality setting and produced good quality printouts. If you want photo print quality, the high resolution mode produces excellent results if used with photo paper (Brother have their own range of A4 and A3 media).

The Brother MFC-J6510DW includes duplex print, WiFi, large colour display, automatic document feeder and a proper 250 sheet paper tray. What I expecially like are the new larger capacity inks that you can buy for this range, which makes it even more suited for office life. If you only need occasional A3, I’d definately recommend a Brother A3 inkjet.

If you wanted all these features in a laser printer it would cost you over £2,500.

Brother DCP-7030 is now discontinued…

The Brother DCP-7030 multifunction laser printer has now gone end of life and there are two replacement models:

Brother DCP-7055 - 2ppm slower than the DCP-7030 but benefits from a lower price point

Brother DCP-7060D – 2ppm quicker and has two-sided printing for a similar price point as the DCP-7030
