  • Having bought a Dell 'All in One' laser printer to replace my HP ink jet model I found that there was a problem getting it to scan documents. My first approach to Dell failed to provide a satisfactory solution so I called Printerbase.
    These days of 'throw away products', one of the most important elements of a purchase is the support given when something is wrong! Printerbase responded by picking up the gauntlet and within a short time had Dell call me when the problem was fixed.
    For me service is everything!
