Japanese printer experts have announced the launch of what they claim to be both the smallest and lightest A4 inkjet printer in the world – the Epson WorkForce WF-100W.
The Epson WorkForce WF-100W is specifically designed for mobile workers, who print documents such as invoices and designs at a low quantity while on the go.
Coming with an integrated Li-Ion battery, the Epson WorkForce WF-100W can be recharged via a USB port or a bundled AC adaptor.
It is slightly thicker than an A4 reach and is about two-thirds of the size. The weight of the Epson WorkForce WF-100W is just 1.6KG, meaning that it can be transported with ease.
Other features on the Epson WorkForce WF-100W include a small LCD display that shoed the essential updates and characteristics of a print job and its current status.
The Epson printer uses two ink cartridges and pigment ink, while the paper tray can hold approximately 50 pages – more than enough for a busy, mobile worker.
Impressively, you can connect to the Epson WorkForce WF-100W directly via Wi-Fi or as a networked printer. Printing can also be done via the Epson app, with Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print compatibility available, too!
