I am pissed off. It is not fair. I buy a new computer and now have to buy a new printer because my old does not work like it should. I scan alot in PDF. Now I can not..HP printers are not working with Windows 7. I looked online they gave me patch but it only allowed me to use the printer sometimes and with limitations. What is up with that?
Make sure when you buy a printer, it has been tested with windows 7, Dont listen to the windows web site, even if it says compatible. It is not, trust me…

I tried a downlad from Windows for a Canon IP4200 and it did not work, even though Microsoft said it would! Now I ahve to buy a new printer! Bummer!

It explains that HP don’t have a driver for Windows 7 but a basic driver is provided with Windows 7 that will allow basic operation of your printer.
