It connects by USB and will print, scan and copy, all from a neat desktop unit. If you’re not convinced yet, you can even claim a free 3 year warranty form Brother, just to give you complete peace of mind. With its sleek black colour the Samsung SCX-4623FN looks very stylish and with its compact design it will fit nicely on a desk but it is still powerful enough to be able to print, scan, copy and fax along with supporting USB and network connections. The Samsung SCX-4623FN also comes with Samsung’s great Toner Save Mode which can extend the life by up to 30% which will make for some great cost savings. |

To be honest we could have chosen any one of the Brother MFC-8 range of multifunction printers because they are all really great machines with an excellent range of features but we went for the Brother MFC-8380DN because we feel it represents the best value with duplex print, scan, copy and fax, network connectivity, scan to email. |

We consider the Kyocera FS-3140MFP to be our best buy for a mono laser multifunction printer because it is based on Kyocera's ECOSYS engine which give very low running costs. It is also packed full of features that you would expect in a high end MFP; 40ppm print speed, duplex copy, print and scan, 500 sheet paper tray, scan to email, SMB, USB, making it a great all round product for busy departments or offices. |

We consider these machines to be best buys because of their great pricing, compact size but still packed full of great features and the fantastic quality colour output, which is as good as any higher end machine. |

If you're looking for a real colour MFP workhorse have a look at the Xerox Phaser 8860MFP/D. While it's not a laser machine they use Xerox's innovative solid ink technology for outstanding colour reproduction. Amongst its many features are duplex, print, scan & copy, 40GB hard disk, 512MB memory, scan to email, network and hard disk. As well as being a real powerhorse machine it also features fantastic running costs, especially in colour, featuring Xerox’s colour for the cost of black printing. |
