Brother TZ Tapes

Brother TZ Tapes are compatible with the Brother PT range of label printers and depending on which printer are available in 6 widths of 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 and 36mm. The TZ tapes come in various different formats such as laminated, fluorescent, non laminated, flexi ID, strong adhesive, fabric, iron-on transfer, security to suit a large variety of applications.

Laminated Glossy Tapes

Brother's laminated TZ tapes are designed to be extra hard wearing. Tests have shown that they can withstand heavy abrasion, electrical resistance and lengthy exposure to most chemicals, sunlight, water and extreme temperatures.

Fluorescent Tapes

Constructed the same as the laminated tapes Brothers' fluorescent tapes are best used for circumstances where caution signage is required, and are an ideal solution for warning labels.

Non Laminated Tapes

Still offering durability non-laminated tapes are not suitable for exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures or severe conditions and have a limited resilience to water and abrasion. However non-laminated tapes may offer a more economical option to meet your labelling requirements.

Flexi ID Tapes

Brother's Flexi ID tape offers a reliable and secure solution to industrial labelling applications. Using P-touch laminated labelling technology, Flexi ID tape is made with special material designed for labelling over acute edges and around cylindrical surfaces. The tapes can be used wrapped or flagged securely around cables, wires, labelling over edges, around hydraulic and electrical connectors and marking tubing.

Strong Adhesive Tapes

All TZ tapes share the same adhesive which meets the needs of all industrial environments. However, some industries may require additional strength and in this situation Brother offer a stronger adhesive version of the laminated TZ tape.
Under tests, strong adhesive tape demonstrates improved adhesion when stuck to varying materials (i.e. stainless steel, glass, PVC, acrylic, polypropylene and polyester-coated wood).

Fabric Tape (Iron-on)

Marking fabric successfully has always been problematic, as conventional labels often fall off after they have been washed.
Fabric tape is made from cloth of which text can be printed on, this tape can then be ironed directly onto fabric - offering ideal identification solutions for uniforms and workware.

Security Tape

Whether used for asset management, metrology or safety, P-touch laminated security labels are designed to leave an irremovable 'checkerboard' pattern as an indicator, that the label has been peeled off.

Matt Tapes

These Matt Laminated tapes are extra hard waring and can withstand the same conditions as the Glossy Laminated tapes, but without the glossy shine.

Cleaning Tapes

These tapes help maintain the high print quality you expect from Brother Labelling Machines by removing dust and debris from the print heads. It's quick and easy to use, and helps to extend the life of the P-Touch Print Heads in your machine.
